the spacious living area catered to everyone's relaxation needs. the scenic views from the rooms were breathtaking, which was the cherry on top of an amazing location. What I enjoyed the most during our stay was the top-notch service provided by the staff. They were always happy to assist with our needs, just like having a personal butler. To top it off, the staff would drive us wherever we wanted to go, at any time.
With all of the incredible positives, there were a few negative aspects that impacted our overall experience. Although the food was nice, it lacked variety and could have been improved.

Great location! We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants easily. The views of the mountains were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the snowfall from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to help us with our luggage and suggested some great places to visit.
The food was not our favorite. We were hoping for some local cuisine, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our cravings.

We stayed at a budget-friendly hotel in the heart of the Alps. the living area and bathrooms were impeccable, with spacious rooms and spectacular views of the mountains. the service at the hotel was phenomenal, with staff members going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and providing excellent ski equipment assistance. the breakfast was satisfying and delicious, with an array of options to choose from. the only downside was that the mattresses and pillows could use a bit more firmness.

The luxurious amenities and excellent service at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa centre were all top-notch. the massage was relaxing, and their spa lounge provided a serene atmosphere. the location was convenient, with lovely views of the surrounding area. the restaurant offered special diet menus, and their breakfast was superb. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and exceeded any other hotel I have ever stayed at.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the mattress and pillows, which could have been stiffer. the food was decent, but there is still room for improvement.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. We never had to worry about finding parking as the hotel had ample parking space. The hotel's location was perfect for skiing and other activities. We loved the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. However, the best part of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From helping us with our ski equipment to organizing transportation, their service was exceptional.
There was nothing we didn't like.
